This is an Australian summer painting enjoying a surf break on a lovely warm day. Watching dolphins swim slowly past, just beyond the break. Temptingly close, you could almost touch, just swim a few strokes and you could play with them. This young lady was standing knee deep in the surf, an underwater camera held in her right hand, with the waves breaking just in front of her. I was returning from my walk along Greenhills Beach at Cronulla NSW with my dog when I noticed this scene. The dolphins were slowly swimming along, occasionally one would leap high out of the water and splash back again catching their breakfast.
